Do you cut curly hair dry or wet?

We use both techniques depending on your texture, density, and styling preferences. The goal is to preserve your curl’s natural behavior.

Are your services safe for sensitive clients?

Yes. Our entire product line is free from synthetic fragrance, ammonia, and other harsh ingredients. It’s safe for pregnancy, post-treatment recovery, and sensitive skin.

Can I combine this with a gloss or treatment?

What’s your cancellation policy?

To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
