Salon Services

At Clean Beauty Lab, we want you to love your hair! If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to offer complimentary adjustments within 14 days of your original appointment. However, due to the nature of our services, all salon services are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind:

• Adjustments are only available for the same service originally booked.
• We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding as last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our team and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

CLIENT RELEASE & CONSENT AGREEMENT

At Clean Beauty Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services in alignment with our philosophy of wellness, safety, and clean beauty. As part of our care standards and mutual responsibility, we ask all clients to carefully read and sign the following agreement before receiving any services.

1. PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT & BOUNDARIES

- Our team of licensed professionals is committed to delivering services that meet the needs and goals of each client, while upholding the health and integrity of your hair and scalp.

- We reserve the right to respectfully decline or adjust any service that we believe may compromise your safety, the condition of your hair, or our professional ethics.

- We do not perform services that we are not comfortable with or that fall outside our scope of practice.

- We understand that not every result may match every personal expectation. If a client experiences dissatisfaction despite our professional effort and standards, Clean Beauty Lab is not liable for that outcome. Client dissatisfaction, when we have acted within our professional guidelines, is the responsibility of the client.

2. ALLERGY DISCLOSURE & SAFETY

- Hair color and hair care products, while formulated with clean, non-toxic, and low-chemical ingredients, may still contain substances that can cause allergic reactions.

- Allergic reactions can be mild to severe-and in some cases life-threatening. For this reason, we strongly recommend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any color service.

- By signing this form, you acknowledge that you have informed us of any known allergies or sensitivities and agree to release Clean Beauty Lab from any liability related to allergic reactions if a patch test is declined or inaccurate information is provided.

3. PREGNANCY & PERSONAL HEALTH CONDITIONS

- Clean Beauty Lab uses products that are low in chemicals, non-toxic, and generally considered safe for use during pregnancy.

- However, individual health conditions and pregnancy-related concerns are deeply personal, and decisions about beauty treatments during pregnancy should be made with the guidance of your healthcare provider.

- By signing this form, you acknowledge that you are making a personal and informed decision to receive services, and you agree that Clean Beauty Lab is not responsible for any medical outcomes related to pregnancy or underlying health conditions.

- We encourage open communication with your doctor about any service you choose to receive with us.

4. CLIENT CONSENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

- I have read and understood this agreement fully.

- I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and concerns.

- I voluntarily release Clean Beauty Lab and its team from any liability associated with services performed in good faith and in accordance with professional standards.

- I understand that the professionals at Clean Beauty Lab may refuse services if they feel it is unsafe or inappropriate for any reason.
