What Lia loves most is seeing the gleam in her client’s eyes when they see their transformation in the mirror. She focuses on the integrity of her clients hair by listening to them and understanding their needs. Her top notch customer service skills contribute to the loyal following she has at CBL.

    Simone is a clean living enthusiast whose life values are integrity, love, and respect.  As a knowledgeable and skillful dry cutting specialist and L’Oreal Professionnel trained Balayage artist, she weaves these principles into her interactions with each client to bring forward the beauty in all hair types and textures while safeguarding the integrity of the hair. After all, her philosophy is that beautiful hair begins with healthy hair. Simone’s ultimate desire is for her clients to experience the confidence that comes from having the most stunning hair possible, whether it be from a fresh new haircut that captures their current vibe or a non toxic color change that gives them the look they have been longing for.  Simone is thrilled to align her passion for health and wholesome living with the ethos of the Clean Beauty Lab

    With a passion for both beauty and personal growth, Mauricio founded the Clean Beauty Lab as a space where innovation meets wellness. The CBL philosophy prioritizes the use of organic and non-toxic products in our services, ensuring that the benefits not only enhance appearance but also support overall well-being.

    Mauricio is also the founder of El Bienser—a platform dedicated to fostering emotional growth, self-awareness, and holistic wellness. Through this community, Mauricio guides individuals on a transformative journey of personal development, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and conscious living. The goal is to help people connect with their inner hero and achieve lasting change in their lives.

    This dual approach to wellness supports clients in achieving both external beauty and internal harmony, recognizing that true wellness encompasses both physical and emotional health.

    Malvin Almanzar is a visionary New York City stylist, founder and leader of the Clean Beauty Lab, a thriving enterprise he's helped build from the ground up. With a Master of Science from New York University, Malvin combines his expertise as a professional hair colorist and image consultant with a passion for understanding the mind and body. Known for his meticulously detailed blonde projects and impeccable results, he delivers personalized color designs tailored to each client.

    A yoga and travel enthusiast, Malvin frequently returns to his native Dominican Republic to connect with his roots. As he leads the Clean Beauty Lab, he continues to pave the way for future brand collaborations, blending his artistic talents with his entrepreneurial vision.  Outside the salon, Malvin finds new creative expressions through his fashion sense, acting, singing, cooking, and drawing, always infusing artistry into every facet of his life.
